Working hard in the house can burn about as many calories as walking on a treadmill for the same amount of time.

Not only do you burn calories cleaning your house, but you also improve your body.

By dusting and mopping the floors, you are keeping your arms in shape. Whenever you make the beds you’re bending and stretching and improving your flexibility and doing the laundry tones thighs.

By vacuuming, you can burn 75 – 125 calories. And by cooking you can burn 40 – 50 calories. You can also burn 112 calories by Mopping the floor. So if I were you I would hurry up and start helping out in the house and burn those calories away.

Tip;

-
Involving your children in this activities will benefit their health and will work as indirect exercise!!!
